We’ve been working hard behind the scenes and are so close to finally launching our product. The final countdown is on! Not much longer until we can get you involved to cover your capital or start earning revenues. Amid the final touch-ups, we’d like to show a token of appreciation to the advisors that have helped us along the way.
We are honored to have access to the knowledge and insight from various individuals who are experts in their fields. So let’s discuss our core group of advisors and the crucial roles they have played in building our launch strategy and the success of the Bright Union development thus far.

Luke Lombe — Faculty Lab
Firstly, we’d like to give a shout-out to our advisor Luke Lombe, representing Faculty Lab! Faculty Lab is one of the five companies that fall under the Faculty Group, a collective of synergistic blockchain native firms providing solutions for digital asset companies. Luke has ample qualification and experience in strategic advisory for tech-startups and scaleups.
Prior to partnering with the Faculty Group he co-founded MYNTD, a digital assets firm offering a range of supportive services to blockchain- based projects. Luke spent two years in NYC in 2015 leading the feasibility into a $160M VR real estate project in Times Square. Before this he spent three years managing operations and strategy at DMG, one of the largest media companies in China. In 2010 Luke worked with IVG Group and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. His role was Project Manager, showcasing Australia’s leading brands and talent to China and the world.
Luke has diverse expertise that transcends four continents and a deep passion for contributing to the paradigm-shifting tokenization of the world. Luke, plays the strategic launch and marketing advisor for Bright Union. Going forward, on behalf of the Faculty Lab he will advise us with our strategic direction and marketing toward user acquisition. The Faculty Lab recognizes the urgency and needs for development of comprehensive coverage options in Decentralized Finance. We are delighted to have Luke onboard. We feel he offers Bright Union strategic advantage that will help us drive us towards success.
ROSCO KALIS — Independent Advisor and Developer
Rosco is an independent software engineer specializing in DeFi application development. But that’s not all. He has also been maintaining several open-source libraries and developer tools. His experience in the field has led to a strong knowledge on developer tools, smart contract development and the web3 ecosystem. With a keen eye, Rosco can accurately identify pain points throughout the development process and solve them.

Rosco is excited about the direction DeFi is moving in and passionate about creating personal economic freedom. Who wouldn’t want as much control as possible over their finances? Cryptocurrency allows people to truly own their money and make their own decisions without the involvement of potentially oppressive governments, banks, and corporations.
In working with Bright Union, Rosco assists the team with smart contract implementation and the web3 integration. He contributes to the development of the platform by participating in discussions on the overall product architecture, reviewing the smart contract code base and solving specific problems during the web3 integration. His advanced general knowledge has added a great deal of constructive improvement to the architectural design. At Bright Union, we are honored to have Rosco alongside us.
Kyle Chassé — Master Ventures
For those of you not familiar with Kyle Chassé, this Master disruptor has founded, advised and invested in numerous early stage blockchain projects since his initial Bitcoin investment back in 2012. In 2014, he founded the first Bitcoin lottery and was the COO of Credits, a Baas company. In the following years, he distinguished himself as ‘smart money’ as he lucratively analysed, invested, and advised infrastructure and protocol projects from Coinbase, UBANX, Bitfinex among others. In 2018, Kyle founded Master Ventures based in Koh Phangan, Thailand, and assembled a group of outliers hardened in the blockchain space. As a venture capital firm and incubator, they invest in projects they see potential in. They use their expertise and know-how to further develop them, enabling growth and preparing them for widespread adoption. Determined to bring legitimacy to the Blockchain space it was a no-brainer for them to partner up with Bright Union.
As the CEO of PAID Network (owners of Ignition launchpad) and the MV think tank, Kyle has been playing a key advisory role during the launch and initial growth stage. We are thrilled to have him on board to continue to help us become the lead aggregator and accelerator of DeFi coverage.
Orion Depp — Master Ventures Polkadot VC Fund
We are grateful to have Orion Depp, Managing Partner of the Master Ventures Polkadot VC Fund on our list of eminent advisors. Starting his career as a dev. Intern at Apple many years ago, Orion now spearheads the Master Ventures Investment Management division, to help strategic VCs invest in potential tier 1 Polkadot & Kusama parachain winners. Prior to this, Orion served as an activist investor to TrueFi (Coinbase: Tru) and was the first institutional sell-side altcoin research analyst in the nation, initiating coverage on BNB (Binance Coin) at $6. Orion holds an MBA in investment management, is a 40 under 40 award winner and has studied at prestigious institutions including USC, LSE, & MIT. We are delighted to have Orion help to guide us in our IDO and capital markets strategy and to contribute and help mobilize ideas for our future development in the DeFi space.
Mike Miglio — Bridge Mutual
Bridge Mutual, a decentralized crypto coverage platform, is one of the first protocols we are aggregating on the Bright Union platform. Mike Miglio, the CEO of Bridge Mutual, is a seasoned crypto veteran. As a crypto attorney, he decided to start his crypto-only law firm in 2017, Wolfe Miglio. Working on cases and networking with some of the most notable blockchain companies, he became inspired to start a fully decentralized insurance platform, where anyone can choose to add new coverage options. Bridge Mutual launched its mainnet on the 8th of July and is unique in the market with stablecoin options.
Currently, we are excited to be finalizing the integration of Bridge Mutual’s protocol with the Bright Union platform. With Bridge Mutual as one of our launching partners, we can gain valuable insight and advice based on their expertise in the industry.
Together, we will elevate our strengths and achieve maximum mutual benefit through synchronicity.
Killer Presentations — Advise Marketing Strategy
This year, Bright Union acquired Killer Presentations founders Marc Linderhof and Dennis Zomerdijk as the marketing communication advisors for Bright Union.
We are thankful to have them on board. The killer duo Marc and Dennis started a company together in 2018. They swooped into the market by filling a service gap as a creative presentation agency. Along with their motto ‘Stop boring people to death’, their unorthodox work methods caught the eye of many. While working for clients like Audi, Volkswagen, and Deloitte, demand also came for other marketing services.

Marc has 20 years of experience in advertising, marketing, and creating communication strategies for both B2B and B2C projects. Since the start of the entrepreneurial venture, he has produced captivating visual communication strategies for small and large brands across the globe. Driven by the fusion of passion and purpose, Marc is excited about collaborating with a DeFi company, saying, ‘it’s the idea of the decade, and Bright Union can bring the next step of adoption.’
Dennis has a wealth of experience in the industry with qualifications in communication, multimedia, and interactive design. As a millennial kid with an entrepreneurial spirit, he has always been inspired to work with innovative brands and businesses. He loves the developments he’s seen in the blockchain space over the past few years and is excited to see it up close. Together with his partner in crime, he is ready to entice and excite through visually communicating the Bright vision.
