Bright Union is absolutely thrilled to announce the latest addition into the coverage aggregator: Uno Re. As Frenetic Demand of DeFi insurance far outstrips supply (Bloomberg) there is still else to do in this market except to build which is what we have been putting our attention to recently.
After nearly a full year since Bright Union’s coverage aggregator went live, the number of partners has more than doubled. The entire industry is maturing and progressing into the next phase — wider adoption. The UST de-peg crisis demonstrated how decentralized insurance can work at scale.
With this integration, users will now have significantly more choice of which insurance option suits their needs best.

The first reinsurance platform in decentralized finance at the moment, Uno Re is making insurance more efficient and also giving retail investors the opportunity to take a share of the profits which are typically reserved for large conglomerates in TradFi.
